Producteev is amazing! Ive been using it for a week and wonder what I ever did without it! Definitely check it out.

This is by far the most useful task management app out there. I like the design choices and it works flawlessly with the webapp. Definitely replaced RememberTheMilk and Wunderlist for me.

They did a great job with Producteev app. Its easy to use, is reliable, has many features & options (many others apps are limited versions of web version), and most importantly integrates with other interfaces (its cloud based so you can shift easily between this app & the web version for example). Its also relatively flexible. You can add sub-tasks, add projects, add diff tags (I use tags to apply GTD system), and can get push notifications (vs annoying emails). I also like that I can set a specific time for a task due date (or keep for all day). Most importantly, I can have my team on the Producteev & manage assigning & following up on tasks. We can add attachments, which really helps minimize the need for emails & keeps things centralized where they are relevant. There are a lot if features, which are great. Where I think it can improve: - Offline editing. This used to be there before but was lost with the major upgrade. You cant open the App without being connected. I sometimes need to use the app on an airplane or somewhere with a poor signal (eg elevator) & need to be able to add the task before forgetting. I know it complicates things, but Evernote figured it out very nicely. - Link to Google Docs. There is already a link to DropBox, which is great. Its nice to have google docs there too. - Link to calendar (google or iCal) for tasks that have a specific time for due date. This helps close the loop since I am manually adding the deadline & time block to work on a task in the calendar. Having push notification has made this less important, but its still Nice to have. - Linking take to SalesForce would also be nice. - Purely cosmetic, but the interface is a little dark, which makes it feel stuffy & cluttered. I would much rather have the side bar in a lighter color (maybe the blue from their logo instead if dark gray). This is being picky. Summary: great app with tons of useful features. Minor tweets can really make this the Evernote of task management apps.

Unbelievably valuable for a free app. Helps keep tack of and organize limitless projects without the expensive monthly fees of those other online project management services. AA++

Easy to use and keeps me organized. Love to swipe items off the to-do list!

Love the Producteev task management system. Syncs great with the online interface. The free version provides enough tools for most individuals. Bottom line: Definitely try it out.

Works well overall. Would love an offline version as I loose cellular data is stores like Home Depot and Costco so cant count on it.

Easy to use. Nice to create projects, assign tasks and sub tasks. A good feature to add would be to add a time deadline for a task on top if the existing due date.

The app is great, however it hasnt been updated for a while now. Additionally, it is crashing as it seems that this software has not been maintained with the upgrades on iOS.

Love this app for events that need to be done. But not needing to be done urgently. Helps me keep everything organized and on track!

I would give this 5 stars as Ive been a user for over 3 years but this version on the ipad keeps crashing when I try to open the app.

The app works perfectly and then it asks you to rate it. Then it shuts down immediately. To fix the app needs to be deleted and reinstalled. Pain in the ***.

does everything I want

This is a great app to organize teams working remotely. I use it mostly on my desktop as the app crashes every time it opens with a prompt to leave a review. Seems to be an ongoing issue and Im disappointed that it hasnt been fixed. Last update was 2014 so am considering moving my team to something else that has support.

I use Producteev both in Mac and iPhone. It works great with sync function.

THE BEST PROJECT MANAGEMENT APP EVER!

数えきれないほど存在するTodoアプリ。このアプリは海外で高評価だけはある。理由:PC～Webを通して閲覧性が良い。ごてごて高機能で挙動が遅いものより、思いついたときぱぱっと書ける。グループシェア機能が優位点のひとつにあるが個人使いでもその洗練された全てに満足できるだろう。 Best todo management app so far but missing one thing, start and end date function. Its essentially needed for this kind of app.
