Producteev by Jive - Task Management for Teams App Reviews

V6 is a massive step back

The new version only works if ur online.. No more leaving of To Dos on the go where theres no 3G or wifi. On top of that - each time Im asked to login, which defeats the whole purpose of an handy-I-wont-forget-an-idea-anymore app that I can use anywhere. I hope u bring back caching and then sync when ur online again. I really used this app and also use the desktop app with it.

Best To-Do Tool!

Possibly it doesnt look äs cool as Wonderlist, possibly it never was awarded Apples App Of The Year like Things but it is still the best in what it should be: Highly efficient and using the cloud in the best way

Best task management tool available

With great new features

App Crash iPhone 4S

Unfortunately the app crashes every time on iPhon4s (iOS7) when trying to login. So it’s not useable for me. Please fix this major issue.

Nice!

It is nice for team work!

Good Freeware, yet some shortcomings

I tried tons of (free, non-subscriptive) To Do Apps incl. Wunderlist and Producteev is by far the best, with the biggest feature set and user-friendliest UI. Yet it lacks some important features as e.g. better/deeper integration in iOS (e.g. "Send to", "Open in" in iOS context menu, Siri-connectivity), integration into calender (as e.g. in Wunderlist), maybe a bit sleeker and more efficient workflow for creating new tasks incl. setting of due dates/reminders, and the possibility to change notification sounds. Also, I experience stability issues from time to time, especially on the iPad (2nd Gen). Apart from that, a super-productive app of great use for no money - highly recommendable for everyone whos trying to get organized in business, social, family and personal affairs! Theres literally no other app which might beat that.

Nice that it is still for free

What I uninstalled it? - it does not support attaching files from Google Drive - you cannot rename projects - in order to see ALL tasks (=null all filters) you need to select a network Do you really have a good UX guy?

Simply the best

The philosophy behind the design and interface in this program is the best I have ever seen I looked at a lot of software before implementing Producteev, nothing else comes close to its simplicity, definitely a game changer for our company.

An awesome tool

We use Producteev for our business and personal project management. It is the tool that gets the day to day monitored for work or home. It kept us on track for a move across the country! I wish it had an iPad app though.

Great product

One thing Id like to see is multiple automatic alarms, for example: being able to set the alarm to go off every 5 mins or every hour. I like being able to go to the web to update my tasks.

Wow!! Great app!

Seemless between platforms, with a clean and easy style of adding and editing tasks. The web version is the best, and surprisingly iPhone app doesnt limit much of key features, only minor features, which are insignificant to productivity flow of task assignments. Well rounded program, with loads of detailed features, leaves very little to no wanting or needing to play to waiting game on feature updates. Well thought out program, huge props to the dev team!

Love it!

Great interface, very simple. Finally a good looking, simple app to keep my scattered brain all in one place!

Exactly what I was looking for.

I hate the task manager in outlook. This has totally replaced it.

What I was looking for

This was pretty much what I was looking for, simple enough not to overwhelm yet has enough features for me to use and its free (I work alone)

Faster and better than the browser version

The browser version is great but so far Ive been able to do everything on my iPhone faster with this app. I heard about this service at a conference, tried it out before, didnt really like it, but then gave it another shot and now I love it, which can probably be attributed to the iPhone app.

New favourite task tool

Ive overloaded my Outlook tasks by flagging pertinent emails, and needed a tool to coordinate a "to-do" list between my iPhone and MacBook. This has worked perfectly so far. I have created multiple work groups per each client and can view individually, or by client / opportunity.

Great tool

Have tried just about all of the task managers there are and I keep coming back - simple and effective - that really sums up Producteev. Mail to task is the best feature and sub tasks keep it it all tight.

Great GTD app

For anyone seeking a sleek, clean and free GTD app, I would recommend this one. After reading David Allen, I tried a few GTD apps, including trial versions of "Things" and "Omnifocus." None were as simple, accessible and logical as producteev. Real joy to use. 4 stars for now, only because Im waiting for iPad and Google Cal integration (which are rumoured to be in the works).

Love it, very useful, 5-star

It is very basic, yet effective in managing tasks - I originally got the Mac version, which is also a good choice as an app, and was very happy and satisfied to find the same on my phone for times that Im on the go

Priced for business

Thats a great tool, even missing the label/category display/sorting the mobile app (a suggestion for this enhancement was actually denied). The major problem is pricing. I was researching for a family smart todo list, and this tool could do the job, but I can only share my list with one person in the free version. The alternative is to pay a recurrent/monthly fee. For business would work fine, but I would rather pay one time fee to buy a paid version, having the ability to share my todo list with more people, than paying monthly. I actually found another tool doing just that, and free.
