Producteev by Jive - Task Management for Teams App Reviews

Ive been using this app daily for the past week. Its been very effective for managing my tasks in both my day job and side projects, as well as my personal life. Its simple, which I like, but not overly simple. Great free app.

I never review apps. I feel so strongly in favor of supporting this app that I broke my long silence. This is the first app that I have reviewed. I love the ability to sync my to do list between my MacBook Pro and my iPhone. I have always loved "Reminders" but this app is way better. Free doesnt hurt either!

Ive been testing a few different task-managing apps, and this one is the best one Ive found so far in terms of usability and organization options. The one major addition I would suggest is a more convenient swipe option for postponing tasks to tomorrow or the following week. See the Astrid app to see what I mean. If this app had that option as well, it would be that much better.

The only suggestion I might have is to improve the interface. Other than that, it is absolutely a great app. Thanx a bunch!!!

Ive searched high and low for an app that worked for me and my workflow. I can finally call off my search. This app does 95% of the stuff that I want it to, in a way that I like it to. If task level hourly time tracking was added, this app would get 5 stars.

Ive tried a lot of different apps and processes to keep me organized and Producteev is the only one that Ive stuck with for more than a couple of weeks!

I cant log in, or sign up. Connecting with facebook doesnt work either.

Very simple and efficient. Iphone app and mac app work well together.

Overall a great app thats heading in the right direction.

Unimpressed by new look and functions. Looks like all others boring and no personality. Does not feel fun to complete a tasks anymore. Clicking on the checkbox is gone, very unrewarding to swipe when a task is done.Priority status of 1-5 is now different colored stars:( Give us our numbers back please. Sorting projects is gone now too, forced to look at the "projects" in alphabetical order. My Important projects dont always start by "A":) It wasnt broken guys ,,, you broke it, in lots of ways. I think im jumping ship and moving to FLOW or THINGS. Bad move joining the jive team guys. You lost your personality.

Weve been looking at using this app for a while now at our work. It has some great features, offering better task management and flexibility than anything weve ever used (excel spreadsheets and open source task trackers). However it still has some bugs that need to be fixed, particularly inviting other people to join your networks. Once this has been resolved it should be good.

1. Cant use it offline. 2. Cant find how to delete a label once created. Otherwise, neet little app.

Update: Sorry, I did not realize the checkbox for "all-day", which can be unselected to allow the user to set a specific time. 5 Stars!!!

You need to download this ASAP. No regrets. Gets better and better.

Ok you guys code well! You need and iPad version (if not done), intagrate multi choice of anotation such as web, video, photo, text... With cloud integration. Finaly integrate videoconferance capability... Fuzebox have a great api. I am staying with you for sure.

Producteev is a great app in that it combines a simple interface and excellent control. There is so much you can do with producteev that it is easy to know what you have to do and when it needs to be done. The only thing I seem to have a problem with is that the app will forget how you organize your tasks, and will automatically go back to the original. I like seeing things based on deadlines, not by last edited and going back to that every time I open the app is a bit of a pain. But aside from that, this has become my go to work at for school and business.

Combine with sunrise - great for staying organized!

Great product! Tried out the top monthly pay alternative services like asana, zoho projects and smartsheet and liked producteev better. The mobile app is quicker to actually use than the paid alternatives and can do almost as much. Was the best choice for our company, regardless of price.
