I want to register dead line and assigned date separately.

But still some (big) limitations: - no ipad client!!! - moving things from one workspace to another takes is cumbersome - cannot have the same task assigned to more than one workspace - labels are lost when you move one task to a different workspace - some times comments are slow to synchronize on the pc client (not yet tested thouroughly, tough) - relatively "slow" compared to other apps such Astrid, etc

This app kicks some serious ass... seriously. Ive tried Wunderlist, Asana, Toodledo, Google Tasks, and a few other task organizers, but Producteev beats them all. The hierarchy of the tasks is as follows: Network > Project > Task FOR USE AT HOME Under my "Home" network, I have 3 projects - "Errands", "Groceries", and "Cleaning". When I open errands, I have a checklist of things like "pick up microwave" and "deposit cash in $&?&@ bank" - works beautifully. It also archives completed tasks so you can recollect. FOR USE AT WORK Under my "Work" network (though its not called "Work" in my case), I have a list of projects Im involved in. Since the tasks for every project dont get mixed up, I know exactly where Im at with my stuff. No joke, you wont need another checklist/todo/task app. This is the one. If Producteev could make the app look a little more homely, it might make it into the mainstream list of task organizers. Personally, I like the sleek, dry look.

How about a timetable to track whether I did the task or not, and graph of them and consistency data?

A very good product, specially for teams working on different parts of the world. Looking forward to multiple languages support

I think Producteev very useful and very simple for usage. You can detail all of your works and you can assign them anyone!

Managing tasks from web is much easier. iPhone app seems a bit outdated.

it is good to see all of my tasks in all devices and track them easily

I use producteev as a gtd tool and I extensively use labeling, project structure and mobile/PC synchronization features. As an improvement I would suggest caching label and project names, because every time I want to move a task to a different project or change its labels the app makes a server request which is very slow. So views listing labels and projects should retrieve them immediately from cache and should have a refresh function to bring up new items. Thanks

Its a great app but it always crashes when printing on ipod touch 5g which is pretty annoying

Easy and useful

Really looking for a version for the iPad. That is still missing in my ecosystem...

Really good app for simple project management, working well along with browser version. One small -star for the refreshing workspaces content which is hanging sometimes. Ive been using many apps for the task and this one is one of the best.
